The Keeway Benda LFS 700 is an upcoming streetfighter motorcycle expected to be released in August 2023. With Benda releasing two new bikes in India, the Chinese brand aims at providing both luxury and budget at the same time.
The LFS 700's design is distinct, featuring a large quarter fairing at the front and boxy panels at the back, lending it a futuristic appearance. The bike is expected to be available in multiple colours, though the exact options have yet to be announced, and is expected to be priced at Rs 8 lakh (ex-showroom).
The streetfighter motorcycle will be powered by a 680cc, inline four-cylinder engine that delivers 75bhp of peak power at 11,000 rpm, and 67 Nm of torque at 8,500 rpm. The engine will be mounted on a new chassis, which will include a cast aluminium rear section and a tubular steel front section. The motorcycle will feature disc brakes in the front and rear, but details on its suspension system have not been disclosed. However, it is expected to include a USD fork system with a monoshock suspension at the rear.
The motorcycle is anticipated to offer several electronic features, such as a digital instrument cluster, LED lighting, and riding modes, but these have not been officially confirmed. The Keeway Benda LFS 700 will use tubeless tires and is expected to appeal to both city and long-distance riders.
In the Indian market, the Keeway Benda LFS 700 will face competition from other streetfighter motorcycles, such as the Kawasaki Z900.
