The CF Moto 400 NK will be based on the 650 NK, and will sport almost near identical design, with a full-LED headlight, muscular naked street bike stance, with sharp lines and a chiseled fuel tank. The tail section is sleek and upswept, and the split seat set-up with the flat and wide handlebar accentuates its aggressive streetfighter design lines. The 400 NK essentially will be a more accessible and affordable version of the CF Moto 650 NK.

The CF Moto 400 NK will be powered by a 400 cc, liquid-cooled, parallel-twin engine with a 6-speed gearbox, and will be tuned to put out around 40 bhp of maximum power at 9,500 rpm and peak torque of 34 Nm at 7,650 rpm. The 400 NK will run on 17-inch alloy wheels shod with tubeless tyres, while braking duties will be taken care of by twin discs on the front wheel, and a single disc on the rear wheel with dual-channel ABS. Suspension will be handled by telescopic front forks, and a rear monoshock. The CF Moto 400 NK will take on the likes of the KTM 390 Duke and the BMW G 310 R.
