Following the launch of the VF6 and VF7 SUVs in the Indian market, Vietnamese carmaker VinFast looks to be turning its attention to more new products for the Indian market. Aside from the entry-level VF3 expected to arrive in 2026, the company also looks to be eyeing a share of the electric MPV segment with the VinFast Limo Green that was unveiled in global markets early this year.

In terms of size, the Limo Green is closer to the size of the Toyota Innova HyCross, measuring in at 4740 mm long, 1872 mm wide and 1728 mm tall while sitting on a 2,840 mm wheelbase. The Hycross, in comparison, measures 4755 mm long, 1850 mm wide and 1790 mm tall and sits on a 2850 mm wheelbase. This makes it larger than both the new Kia Carens Clavis EV and even the more upmarket BYD eMax 7.
On the design side, the Limo Green clearly sports the family design with a pair of high-set daytime running lamps sitting high on the front fascia, stretching outwards from the central VinFast logo. The main headlamps are incorporated lower down on the bumper, and a large central air vent sits at the base of the fascia.
In profile, the discerning design features include a stretched window line with large rear quarter glasses and a gentle shoulder line running along the base of the windows. The rear lighting design mirrors elements of the front with lightguides extending out of a central VinFast Logo. Other notable design elements include a swath of black trim bisecting the rear mass in two, faux vents on the rear bumper and notable use of black cladding low down.

The cabin design, too, doesn’t deviate much from other VinFast models, with a large central touchscreen and the lack of a traditional instrument cluster (digital or analogue). The centre console follows a floating design and houses a rotary gear selector with storage space located underneath. A bench seat features in the second and third rows. The bigger news here is that the test mule of the Limo Green featured a right-hand drive layout, with the model on sale in Vietnam featuring left-hand drive.
On the specification front, the car launched in global markets, features a large 60 kWh battery paired with an electric motor driving the front wheels. The unit delivers a peak 201 bhp of power and 280 Nm of torque. The MPV also supports up to 11 kW AC and 80 kW DC Fast charging. VinFast claims a DC fast charging time of just 30 minutes for a 10-70 per cent charge. VinFast claims a NEDC range of 450 km on a full charge
The test model of the Limo Green arrives on Indian shores months after the company filed a design patent for the same in the Indian market. However, it remains to be seen if this will lead up to the MPV’s launch in the Indian market, where it could be positioned alongside the likes of the Kia Carens Clavis EV and BYD eMax 7.

A Fabulous hatch
By Saurabh @ Jun 19, 2026 06:24 PM
4.0
An undisputed hatchback leader of the country, Baleno does everything with exemplary finesse and smoothness. The 1.2 L petrol motor is an absolute gem and feels more lively with even the most gentle throttle inputs. The efficiency hovers atleast around the 15 and 20 kmpl mark in city and highways respectively. Space and comfort are also top notch for a hatch. Ride and handling are worth mentioning especially if you compare it with the 1st gen model. The only miss I feel is of a sunroof and rear armrest at least as an option, which would make this a complete overall package which is impossible to beat.

The Hyundai Grand i10 Nios has been an excellent first car for me. It offers a comfortable ride, light steering, and smooth handling, making city driving very easy. The cabin feels spacious and well-built, with all the essential features needed for daily use. Fuel efficiency is good, and maintenance costs are reasonable. Whether for commuting or occasional highway trips, it delivers a reliable and enjoyable driving experience. Overall, it's a practical and value-for-money hatchback.

Reliable and Trustworthy

It has been 7 years now that we are using ZLX Power+ and this has been a ever-ready vehicle for us and it has never let us down anywhere we have been through it. Obviously when you are driving it, you should expect a very comfy drive like it's cousins (Scorpio/XUXs) but it has its own USPs and it won't let you prove itself wrong in any of them.

Balenooo Big on style and easy on the wallet
By Sharath @ Jun 11, 2026 03:23 PM
5.0
Four months and 5,500 km with my Baleno, and it's been a delight. Sleek LED DRLs and sharp styling turn heads, while the cabin feels a class above. The 1.2L DualJet engine is buttery smooth in city traffic and relaxed on highways. SmartPlay touchscreen is lag-free, and the light steering makes parking effortless. Mileage is the real hero — 16-17 km/l in city, 21-22 km/l on highway runs. Boot space could be bigger, but that's my only gripe. Comfort, features, and fuel efficiency in one package — the Baleno nails the premium hatchback formula. Zero regrets!

Driving Experience Tata Harrier XT Dark Edition Diesel Since 2021
By Akhilesh Mani Tiwari @ Jun 11, 2026 12:05 PM
5.0
I have been driving a Tata Harrier XT Dark Edition (Diesel) since 2021 and have covered around 76,000 km. Sharing my experience based on driving across highways, cities, and several trips to the Himalayas, including challenging terrains in Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, and Leh-Ladakh. The Harrier has a powerful engine, delivers good mileage, and offers excellent pickup. Both the front and rear seats are very comfortable, with ample legroom for passengers. The boot space is sufficient for 4–5 medium-sized trolleys or travel bags, making it an excellent choice for long road trips. The suspension setup is also very good and handles rough roads and mountain terrain comfortably. One area where I felt the vehicle lagged initially was the infotainment software, but Tata has significantly improved it in the newer versions. Being a diesel vehicle, there is some engine noise, but it is not excessive. The steering felt slightly heavy in my version, although I am not sure whether this has been improved in the latest models. Tata's service experience has generally been good. The service teams listen to customer concerns and work to resolve issues. Occasionally, there may be some challenges at the service center level, but with proper follow-up, the issues are usually addressed satisfactorily. Overall, despite being a 2WD vehicle, I have never faced any major issues while driving across different terrains, including mountainous regions. It has proven to be a reliable, comfortable, and capable companion for both daily commuting and long-distance travel.
