The Duke is the most popular KTM model range in India. With the new upcoming 390 Duke that is currently in the on-road testing phase, the Austrian KTM has brought some major design tweaks and safety updates to the bike.

The bike's bodywork takes inspiration from the KTM 890 Duke and includes updated fuel tank extensions, air ducts, and radiator shrouds. The bike is likely to be offered with adjustable suspension as an option, with rebound and compression at the front, and preload and rebound at the rear. The engine will feature a new casing, but the 373 cc motor and power output are expected to remain the same at 42.9 bhp and 37 Nm.

Furthermore, the motorcycle is expected to feature an updated exhaust system, a tweaked chassis and subframe, a new aluminium swingarm, and lighter wheels borrowed from the updated KTM RC 390.

Once launched, the updated 390 Duke will rival the likes of the BMW G 310 R, Keeway K300N, Honda CB300R and Bajaj Dominor 400.
